Edward J. Meisarosh
Edward J. Meisarosh is a Patent Attorney with extensive experience in patent and trademark prosecution, global patent-portfolio management, and intellectual-property litigation in diverse technological fields. Edward is a member of the State Bar of California and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Science - Electrical from Yale University, and a Juris Doctorate from New York University (NYU) School of Law. Edward is adept at managing patent-application lifecycles, including drafting applications, drafting office-action responses, reviewing/revising same, and managing and supervising outside counsel. He is experienced in varied litigation tasks including written and oral discovery and drafting legal memoranda, and provides comprehensive counsel on various aspects of intellectual property law, procedures, strategy, and tactics.
