Kyle J. Way

Kyle J. Way is a Patent Attorney who is registered to practice in Colorado and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Kyle originally became a registered patent agent in 1999 and was admitted to practice law in Colorado in 2003. His areas of expertise include electrical hardware and software, wireless communications, integrated circuits, virtual reality systems, and display technology. Kyle received his Juris Doctor degree, Order of St. Ives, from the University of Denver in 2003.

Prior to his legal career, Kyle was an electrical engineer for fifteen years in the data storage industry, primarily designing hardware and firmware for magnetic and optical disk drive systems. Kyle received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineer and Computer Science in 1984 and his Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering in 1987 from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Kyle is a registered professional engineer in Colorado and a member of Tau Beta Pi.
